1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Verification

• Only one account is permitted per person. No individual may operate multiple accounts.
• Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but using multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• Gu99 may request a copy of your national ID or passport for age verification purposes.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the gu99 support team immediately.

Gu99 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any account. If a member fails to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Gu99 bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: A weekly reload bonus is available for regular members. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Cashback Offer: Cashback is awarded on losses above a specified amount. The wagering requirement for cashback is 1x.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you earn a bonus. The bonus amount is based on the referred member's first deposit.

Gu99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice. If the conditions of a promotion are not met, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on gu99 are fully secure and processed quickly. Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Gu99 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for verification in cases of suspicious transactions. Large withdrawal amounts may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

5 Betting Rules

All betting activity on gu99 must comply with our specific rules and regulations. These rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and all other games.

• Once a bet is placed on an event, it cannot be cancelled. However, the cash-out option may be available in certain specific cases.
• Gu99 reserves the right to void any bet that was unintentionally confirmed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is not completed within the scheduled time, gu99 will settle bets according to its established rules.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• In a combo or multi-selection bet, if one selection is voided, it will be removed and the remaining selections will be used to settle the bet.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gu99 platform. Any violation will result in immediate account termination:

• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Attempting to hack the game system or exploit any vulnerabilities.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

Gu99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• The member wishes to close their account voluntarily.

Members who wish to close their account must contact the gu99 support team. Any available balance must be withdrawn before closure; bonus balances will not be refunded.
